Since this is my first bloggggg, I'll fill y'all in...I've been sailing around the world on my boat, The Westender. It's only made it from California to Hawaii so far, though, because we took a detour in the summer to dive for lost junk from Katrina...gotta love volunteer work that makes you swim through excrement.

My roommate TJ and I docked near Kona, Hawaii today and went to a really campy Brady Bunch type luau...TJ was very upset that the Kahlua pig didn't really bathe in Kahlua. It bathed in dirt and dead turkeys instead. If you've ever been to a luau, people tell you stay away from the Poi...but what you really should stay away from is the food and the entertainment...if you're in Kona and not high.

We're taking off again tomorrow...we want to make it to Tahiti without getting arrested and sent to a Thai prison like in that movie, Brokendown Palace...with Claire Danes. I hate that movie - it's on almost as much as ED TV. But I like Ed TV.
